At Fagin Group Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality career coaching and digital resources. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products (Downloadable Resources)

Our digital products include PDF career guides, CV templates, cover letter templates, and interview preparation materials. Because these are intangible goods that are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, we operate the following policy:

• No refunds after download access is granted, as the product has been fully delivered and cannot be recalled.
• Technical issues: If you are unable to access or download your product due to a technical error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@fagin-group.co.uk. We will resolve the issue promptly or, at our discretion, issue a full refund.
• Accidental duplicate purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us within 48 hours and we will refund the duplicate charge.

We strongly encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a product's content or suitability, please contact us before buying.

2. Coaching Sessions

Our coaching sessions are conducted via video call and are subject to the following cancellation and refund terms:

• Cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled session: You are entitled to a full refund, or you may choose to reschedule at no additional charge.
• Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled session: The session fee is non-refundable. However, at our discretion, we may offer a one-time reschedule to an alternative date within 30 days.
• No-show (failure to attend without prior notice): The session fee is forfeited and no refund or reschedule will be offered.
• Cancellation by Fagin Group: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a session, we will notify you as promptly as possible and offer a full refund or reschedule at your choice.

3. Coaching Programmes and Packages

For multi-session coaching programmes or mentorship packages:

• Refunds for unused sessions may be granted if you cancel the programme before the second session, provided you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. The refund will be prorated based on sessions not yet delivered.
• Once two or more sessions have been completed, no refund will be issued for remaining sessions unless there are exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

Please include your name, the email address used at checkout, the date of purchase, and the reason for your refund request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or card provider.

6. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action and suspension of your access to our services. We are always happy to resolve disputes directly and promptly.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you have questions about your statutory rights, please visit the UK Citizens Advice website or contact Trading Standards.
