Our digital products include PDF career guides, CV templates, cover letter templates, and interview preparation materials. Because these are intangible goods that are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, we operate the following policy:

Please include your name, the email address used at checkout, the date of purchase, and the reason for your refund request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or card provider.
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action and suspension of your access to our services. We are always happy to resolve disputes directly and promptly.
