Fagin Group provides career coaching, career development programmes, and digital resources ("Services") targeted at professionals in the logistics and supply chain industry. All Services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are provided.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase Services from us. By purchasing, you confirm you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
All prices are displayed on our website and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Upon successful payment for downloadable digital products (e.g. PDF guides, templates), access or download details will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. We will use reasonable endeavours to make products available promptly. You acknowledge that by receiving access to digital products, you have received delivery of those products.
For coaching sessions, we will contact you within 1 business day of purchase to schedule your session at a mutually agreed time. Sessions are conducted via video call. You are responsible for ensuring you have a suitable internet connection. Sessions will be conducted in English unless otherwise agreed in advance.
All content on our website and within our products — including text, graphics, templates, guides, and other materials — is the intellectual property of Fagin Group Ltd and is protected by applicable copyright law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use purchased materials for your personal professional development only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or sublicense any of our materials to any third party without our express written consent.
