All coaching sessions are conducted online via video call (Zoom or Google Meet). After purchasing a coaching session, you will receive a confirmation email from us within 1 business day to schedule your session at a mutually convenient time. Sessions are typically 45–60 minutes and are tailored entirely to your individual goals and circumstances.
Our downloadable resources include PDF career guides, CV templates, cover letter templates, and interview preparation materials. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a download link via email (sent to the address used at checkout). You can access and use these materials immediately and keep them indefinitely. These are designed to be practical, editable tools you can use straight away in your job search or career development.

For coaching sessions: if you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled session, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session may be rescheduled but are not eligible for a refund. For digital downloads: as these are intangible goods delivered immediately upon purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds once access has been granted. However, if you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us within 7 days and we will resolve the issue or offer a refund at our discretion. We understand that schedules change, and we will always do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests. Late cancellations (within 48 hours) will not be eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled at our discretion.
